Pat Young founded ROGA Contracting in 1971 behind the wheel of one truck in Williams Lake. Today the group includes six operating companies: ROGA Contracting, Kyah Resources, Marwest Services, Nashuk Limited Partnership, Nuxwi Ventures, and REHN Enterprises. Troy Young has managed the company since 2015, holding to a philosophy of sustainable growth without compromising safety or the environment.
